You can also follow #CARcrisis on Twitter for live coverage. Refreshments will be available from 15:30.  Speakers:  Emma Fanning – Humanitarian Policy and Campaigns Team\, Oxfam GB Alison Giffen – Senior Associate and Co-Director\, Future of Peace Operations Program\, Civilians in Conflict Project\, The Stimson Center (via video-link from Washington DC) Veronique Barbelet – Research Fellow\, Humanitarian Policy Group\, ODI Anthony Neal – Humanitarian Policy and Advocacy\, CAFOD Jenny McAvoy – Director of Protection\, InterAction (via video-link from Washington DC) Chair: TBC
